Set against the backdrop of Everly Farms and The Table, our Spring Market offers vendors the opportunity to showcase their brand in a truly unforgettable setting. Nestled within a stunning 43-acre orchard and vineyard, this estate winery and restaurant creates a charming, elevated atmosphere that draws guests looking to shop, sip, dine, and linger. With the natural beauty of the property, the energy of the spring season, and the destination appeal of Everly Farms, this market is designed to connect thoughtful vendors with an engaged audience in a setting that feels both vibrant and refined. On May 30th from 10:00 AM–3:00 PM, vendors and guests will gather at Everly Farms, 6480 Co Rd 26, Minnetrista, MN 55364 for a thoughtfully curated spring market featuring a wide variety of unique businesses and makers. While ready-to-eat food and beverage vendors will not be permitted, packaged take-home goods such as breads, jarred products, cheeses, and similar items are welcome. Our goal is to create a diverse and elevated vendor mix, and while not every applicant may be selected for this particular event, those not chosen may still be considered for future opportunities at Everly Farms.

Vendor Fees
- Standard Vendor Space (approx one 6 ft table) — $75
- Expanded Vendor Space (approx two 6 ft tables) — $120
- Premium Vendor Space (10x10 booth size/space) — $175
As a market vendor, your business will be featured across Everly Farms, HandpickedbyHan, and Makers Market MN social platforms—introducing your brand to a highly engaged audience of 26,000+.
- Vendor spaces are limited and will be assigned based on the needs of each vendor and overall market layout.
- Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, displays + tents (if applicable)
- Vendor fees are due within 48 hours of acceptance to secure your spot.
We love partnering with local creatives (photographers, musicians, event decorators, etc) to enhance the overall market experience. A limited number of collaborative opportunities are available, which may include a waived vendor fee and featured promotion in exchange for services. If this feels aligned, we’d love for you to apply!
Vendor applications will close on Sunday, April 19th at 7:00 PM. Our team will thoughtfully review each submission, and vendors will be notified of their application status on Friday, April 24th. We’re so grateful for your interest and can’t wait to curate an incredible lineup for the Spring Market!
